I’m really pleased with what I got from Light and Scent; my soaps not only look great but smell amazing too. I’d surely order again.

After I first raised my issue, the company reached out to me through Trustpilot. I sent them photos of the damaged candle tin once more, and they apologized, offering either a refund or store credit. But, I had to follow up with them again after two weeks since the refund hadn’t come through. Eventually, I did receive my refund. They also asked me to reconsider the rating I had left on Trustpilot, so here I am. I get that they’re a small business and sometimes things can go awry. That’s just part of the online shopping experience, I guess. If the candle had been for me instead of a gift, I probably wouldn’t have mentioned the tin’s condition. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out. Just wish it hadn’t taken so long to sort out.

I can't give a review on any items yet since it's now the 9th day after I placed my order, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Fingers crossed that when it finally gets here, I can rate it with 5 stars.

I haven't gotten my items yet, but the seller has been super communicative. One of the things I ordered was out of stock, but they quickly offered me a substitute. Fingers crossed that the products are just as awesome as the folks selling them!

I usually grab these sorts of products from a popular brand you can find in various shops. These ones are less expensive, but they're way smaller, and definitely not worth the price! They look nice and could be a decent gift, but it’s a real bummer they don’t change the color of the bathwater—just a little detail, but it really adds to the fun. The other brand uses vibrant vegetable dyes that turn the water into a lovely bright pink, plus the scent and oils are way more intense. So, while I enjoy trying out new brands, I have to say I was let down. It wouldn’t take much to make it better, but my bath time wasn’t as enjoyable as I had hoped.

I got this as a present for Mother's Day, and it has a delightful fragrance. I'm confident she'll love it. The price is right, plus the tin and candle are really nice.
